1. Refund & Returns Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (including downloadable educational materials, activity books, and guides), all digital product sales are final.

Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless required by applicable law.

Digital products are licensed for single-user use only (one household or one classroom). They may not be shared, redistributed, resold, or uploaded to public platforms.

Physical Products

We offer a 30-day return policy for physical items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused
In original condition
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

Products marked as “Pre-Order” or “Coming Soon” will be shipped once available. Estimated shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

3. European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your physical order within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

This right does not apply to digital products that have already been downloaded or accessed.
