Refund & Returns Policy

At Asma Arts, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding physical and digital products.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (including downloadable activity books, guides, educational resources, and digital materials), all digital product sales are final.

Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless required by applicable law.

All digital products are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a single-user license for personal use only, which may be used within:

• one household, or

• one classroom.

Digital products may not be copied, shared, redistributed, uploaded online, resold, or used commercially without prior written permission from Asma Arts.

 

Physical Products

We have a 30-day return policy for physical items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• unused
• in the same condition that you received it
• in its original packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase

Return instructions will be provided once your request is reviewed.

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive:

• a damaged item
• a defective product
• or the wrong item

so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Digital products
• Custom or personalized items
• Sale items
• Gift cards

 

Exchange

If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

 

European Union Customers

If an order is shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.

This does not apply to digital products that have already been downloaded or accessed.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
